Kristen, you are one of the best people I know. VP-ME is a stressful position in many ways, and you have handled the responsibility with kindness and grace. The Zetas look up to you as someone they can admire and trust, and you have more than exceeded any expectations that anyone could have had of you in this position. In addition to being a great leader, you are also a warm, caring person who makes the world a brighter place. I am extraordinarily proud to call you my sister.
