Thank you SO much for all of your help during the new member process. You have been so supportive, encouraging and available! You pulled of the Academic Excellence unit of the retreat remarkably and I am grateful that you stepped up and exceeded my every expectation. You have been a really great friend, helping me make packets, keeping me focused, hanging out with me when you didn't have to, and talking me down the ledge when the stress was too much. Oh! And you came to the second initiation! The only sister to willing come to set-up and stayed for the event! See, you are amazing! And I just wanted everyone else to know it!
