Dear Sam,
While we were friends before, I am so glad that we are now roommates because it has brought us even closer. You are an amazing, kind, giving, crazy (in a good way) person and I admire that you are always willing to help anyone out as long as you have the time to spare. You are so smart and I cannot wait to see what you can achieve as a future doctor and leader.
